Okay babes, I can't keep this to myself any longer.

For the past few months I've been deep in research mode β€” hormones, REM cycles, recurring nightmares, the works β€” all in service of a book I am beyond excited to finally show you the cover of.

It's called Midnight Mayhem: Weird Dreams, Wild Truths & Why Your Subconscious Is a Drama Queen, and it's everything I wish someone had handed me the first time I woke up at 3am wondering why I was back in high school, failing a final exam I never studied for, in a class I apparently never attended.

You know that dream. We all know that dream.

So What Is This Book, Exactly?

Midnight Mayhem is my full, judgment-free, laugh-out-loud guide to everything our dreaming brains get up to after 50 β€” and why they get SO much louder and weirder in this particular season of life.

We're getting into:

  • The Greatest Hits β€” flying, falling, teeth, and yes, that finals dream, fully decoded
  • The Ex Files β€” why he keeps showing up uninvited (it's almost never about him)
  • The Spicy Edition β€” the dreams nobody talks about, talked about tastefully
  • Nightmare Rescue β€” real tools for the dreams that wreck your sleep
  • Dream Journaling β€” how to actually start, and stick with it
  • Bedtime Rituals β€” lavender, wine timing, supplements, the whole sanctuary
  • A full bonus Dream Dictionary, affirmations, a playlist, and real (anonymous) reader stories

Zero shame. Lots of laughter. The same rosΓ©-fueled sisterhood energy you already know from this little corner of the internet.

Why Now?

If you're anywhere near perimenopause, menopause, an empty nest, a career pivot, or just generally renegotiating who you are in this next chapter β€” your dream life has probably gotten a lot more dramatic lately. There's a real reason for that, and it's not that you're losing it.

I wanted to write the book I went looking for at 2am and couldn't find: something that took the weirdness seriously without taking itself too seriously.

Midnight Mayhem launches July 7th.

I'll be sharing sneak peeks, dream decodes, and a few of the "you will not believe this dream I had" stories that didn't make it into the final cut β€” right here and across socials β€” between now and launch day.

If you want first access (plus a free taste of the book before it's even out), grab my free mini-guide, 5 Dreams Every Bougie Babe Has, and you'll be the first to know when the doors open.

Pour a glass, sis. The countdown has officially started. πŸ₯‚
